🖌️ Winter Wonderland design started last year and it went into 'in progress' status. I was inspired by skiing/winter illustrations that felt crisp, fresh and sparkly and I knew this was something to elaborate on my winter ensemble.

Holly menagerie on Black - this design has trended this season, and it might be my favorite holiday design! It's a great addition to a quilting assortment.
Dark colors can wash out a little with digital printing on natural fiber fabrics like cotton, but with busier designs like this one, it's less noticeable.
I love a neutral transitional holiday palette. It's relaxing, grounding, and festive.
Colors - I chose rich gold yellows reminiscent of California poppies. These bright wildflowers blanket California hillsides each spring—one of my favorite sights.
